Sizing & Care
1. What sizing chart does Thorn Faith use?
All of our premium Christian activewear and graphic tees are unisex and standard US sizing. For a relaxed fit, we recommend ordering your true size. If you prefer a highly oversized streetwear aesthetic, we suggest ordering one size up. Sizing details are also listed on every product page.
2. How should I wash and care for my graphic apparel?
To preserve the premium print quality and vibrant graphics, always machine wash your apparel inside out in cold water with similar colors. We highly recommend hang drying, or tumble drying on a very low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly over the printed graphic designs.
Shipping & Delivery
3. How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process and prepare all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 3-5 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders below $75, standard US shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will automatically send you an email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s network.
Returns & Exchanges
6. What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Due to our prints being custom-crafted, we cannot accept returns that show signs of gym wear, sweat, or makeup.
7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your item is damaged or has a printing defect, please email us at support@thornfaith.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. We will immediately ship out a replacement free of charge.
