Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Thorn Faith gear. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since we exclusively focus on custom graphic T-shirts, items with clear signs of wear, makeup, gym sweat, or perfume cannot be accepted for refund.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size within the 30-day window, provided the original item is unworn. Contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please email us first. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
